At You Matter Most (YMM), we understand that mental illnesses are often suffered in solitude and silence. Our mission is to normalize mental illness and remove the negative stigmas associated with it.

You are not alone. You are not broken. You matter most.

At YMM, we invite you to shed all unrealistic societal expectations and network in a supportive, safe environment. This is an opportunity to share your struggles, feelings, emotions, triumphs and growth. YMM strives to create a sense of community and belonging. A non-judgemental environment where people can come together and redefine their own “normal.” Find comfort being perfectly imperfect and embrace your mental illness so that you love who you are, just as you are.
