Congratulations, you are now signed up for 'Mudders Mental Health Awareness'

We have created this page to help you with your fundraising. Please take a few minutes to complete a couple of details below, you will need to add a fundraising target to give you something to aim for (aim high!) and write a little bit about yourself to encourage people to help you reach that target. If you want to do this event as a team or in memory of a loved one you can set that up below as well.

Buster - The Mudders Mental Health Ambassador.
Welcome to the Team Mudders's mental health fundraiser page. Buster the mental health ambassador bear is on a mission to end the stigma!
In 2014 our director was involved in an incident that sparked a wild journey of PTSD and struggled to find help. After a few years the help finally came and we began our battle for raising awareness and ending the stigma surrounding mental health disorders. Mental illness means so much for us and has affected so many of our friends, family and loved ones over the years who even today continue to fight and receive help. Today the Mudders team works hard to help others learn to cope with those feelings and the effects caused by such extreme mental pain. Join us in our fight to spread awareness and make mental health assistance more available to everyone in Alberta. Together with you, our amazing clients, and the Canadian Mental Health Association we can all make a big change for many families! We always hear so much everyday in our lives about mental illness and how so many of our friends, family and loved ones suffer without help.
